I will be teaching 2 yoga classes on Monday 4 August. There is also yoga with Noelle: Riggott and an Ayurveda talk with Lauren Currie on the Sunday. Get booked quick, as many events are now sold out!

The art of sequencing in Iyengar yoga allows us to work towards some of the more difficult actions in a safe and accessible way. In tonight’s class we worked on the leg actions in Bharadvajasana 2… to be continued next week!
