I just completed an online Introduction to Acupuncture course and passed with distinction 🎉
It provided a clear understanding of how this ancient tradition works and why people are drawn to it ✨
While it doesn’t qualify you to practice, it’s a solid starting point if you want to explore this path 🌿
As an energy healer, this course deepened my understanding of how energy (or Qi in Traditional Chinese Medicine) needs to flow freely through the system in order for health and vitality to be maintained. When energy stagnates in the organs or meridians, the subtle energy highways of the body, it can throw us off balance and lead to a wide range of physical, emotional, and mental issues. You’ll learn about its benefits, from easing stress to restoring balance in your energy, and it even shares simple techniques you can start practicing right away.

Your chakras are spinning energy centers that run along your spine, each governing different aspects of your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
