Refresh, Refine, and Deepen 🌿

This week, I gave myself the gift of slowing down and took some time out to go back to Weleda to refresh, refine, and deepen my skills as an esthetician — and honestly, it was just what I needed.💚🙏

Spending time with the wonderful training team and other estheticians filled my cup completely. We learned, shared, and treated one another, and I came away not only with glowing skin but a glowing heart too 🥰💆‍♀️

We also explored some beautiful new touches to our treatments that make them even more special. Combined with Weleda’s new gorgeous boosters, these little additions truly elevate the experience — helping you feel completely nurtured, rejuvenated, and confident from the inside out. 🌸

As the autumn season begins to roll in, I always find it’s a lovely reminder to slow down, shed what no longer serves us, and give our skin (and souls) a little extra care. 🍂

It was such a pleasure to represent Weleda at Holland & Barrett yesterday! 💚 I loved sharing the magic of Weleda Skin Food and offering relaxing hand massages.

I was kept so busy with treatments that I hardly had a chance to take photos—but with 620 people attending, it was an incredible day. Nothing beats meeting new people and spreading the Weleda love! 💚💚🙏
