1 to 1 judo lessons anyone? with High Peak Judo Club

A nice mini-contest mat area set up for a one-to-one judo client this evening. It gives restricted space to move and encourages positive, attacking judo. Great randori session to finish off the session from technical development of strangles from different positions.
