A special mention goes to Sandra, who won our 6-week challenge a few months ago.
She managed to lose an incredible 19 pounds in Body Weight (13 pounds of which was fat).
Here is her review of her experience:
I started at PT Corner six weeks ago as part of the 6-week challenge.
I have been to the gym before, but I’ve never taken gym classes. It has been amazing, and I actually enjoy the morning sessions at 7, which I wasn’t expecting to do!
So far, they have helped me lose 8.5kg (!!).
My blood pressure has also dropped to within normal range.
I feel less stressed at the start of the working day and am already fitter.
It’s friendly and supportive, with no pressure or judgement - just encouragement to keep going and do what you can.
I enjoy booking into a variety of different types of sessions that challenge me in various ways.
I never thought I’d see myself lifting a bar with weights on it or using kettlebells- but here I am. 😁
I’ll be continuing to go and look forward to feeling fitter and stronger.
