Back in January, Tracey made a decision.

Like a lot of people, she started the year wanting to feel better, move better, and take back control.

Fast forward 12 weeks… and everything changed.

She didn’t just complete our 6-week challenge — she WON it.

Then kept going, pushing herself even further, finishing the next one as runner-up.

Here’s what that commitment turned into:

⬇️ 8.5kg lost
💪 +1.6kg muscle gained
🔥 11.2kg fat lost
📉 11.6% body fat down

But the biggest win?

Confidence. Energy. Belief in herself again.

✨ MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: GARY ✨

Gary first gave PT Corner a try back in August last year, after a little encouragement from his wife Teresa. 😉

Fast forward to today and he’s just smashed an incredible 100 visits. 💪🔥

Since joining, Gary has become a familiar face at the 8am sessions, consistently showing up, putting the work in, and proving that building healthy habits is all about sticking with it.

Now retired, training has become a great way for Gary to stay active, keep moving well, and start the day on a positive note — alongside a good bunch of people too.

We love seeing couples support each other on their fitness journey, and Gary is a perfect example of what can happen when you simply give something a go and stay consistent.

100 sessions down and plenty more to come. 👏
