This time of year often brings a lot of change. The days shift, routines become busier, and life seems to gather momentum again very quickly.
Among all of that movement, itโs important to still listen to what your body is asking for. Sometimes the most helpful thing we can do is recognise when we need rest, release, or a moment to properly reset.
If your shoulders, back or legs have been feeling tight, tired or overworked, this could be a good time to pause for a while and embrace a little renewal alongside the changing season.
