Just starting back up again after a long break from from fitness can some time be hard ... Thinking about what you used to be able to do and what you can only manage now can be off putting to start .
But however your fitness level will pick up again quick.

You don't need to head back in as you left off.

5 minutes a day is better than the nuthink you may have been doing .
Then build up the time a little week to week .
Remember you are in competition with yourself. The self that was you yesterday πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼 x

Health and fitness is a life stile change not just a New years resolution or a quick fix for a month or two ... Look after your body ... fuel yourself with the right foods, that are going to not only give your body more Energy but also valuable vitamin your body needs.

Did anyone notice over Christmas how sluggish and tired they felt after eating certain naughty food or over indulging ???? 2018 .... make this the year you change for the healthier. A good start to this is by cutting out (or down) on Un-natural sugars, bread , alcohol.... lower your amount of carb intake... and eat lots of veg πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ You got this ... make a start πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ

Robert has come along way since we started training together...started off as a non gym user. I was currently employed to reduce back pain and work on flexibility and movement.
I quickly addend a little wait loss to the. Agenda πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ Robert started off 50 % fat count and now is an amazing 28% . Almost Half of what he was πŸ’ͺ🏼 and still going strong.
Happy to say he is a gym rate now and great at taking his time to prepare amazing health meals πŸ‹πŸΌπŸ‘ŒπŸΌ
