Easing my clients skin for comfort around the neck area. A common area for skin tags or keratosis like this.
🥶 This freeze was about scaling back some growth to flatten and provide comfort on this collar and necklace rubbing area. You can see this client is prone to these growths. She isnt aiming for perfection.

A hot topic of conversation in clinic. Having listened to many of your journeys I felt empowered to help the long game and I asked Mark to create a workshop we could host together to support you.
It's one of the hardest topics to approach and we hope to make this an all supportive, open and friendly evening. What ever stage you are at, considering, active or reducing, this workshop will be engaging.

I looked after some lovely ladies today all in thier 90's the 93 year old was so vibrant and full of life. They where all inspirational at how to keep living well and clearly still doing things, even up to date by filling in my online consultation form and paying with thier phones.
Botanical place asked my to freelance some treatment sand i managed a tour of the wellness suites hydropool,

Citronella and peppermint candles. Theres 6 available to grace a summer garden or kitchen window sill. A refreshing scent in a soya wax base and summery yellow jar. Peppermint and Citronella are natural insect repellents. Essential oils and soya wax provide a clean non toxic burn. If your candle throws black dust/ smoke be careful this can go across your food and air space. Opt for a healthier natural candle like these.

Look at this cute little skin tag perfectly frozen using cryotherapy 🥶. As sweet as it looks this little fella was rather irritating sitting in a neck crease on the collar line. So one good zap and bye bye 👋

Tags are really responsive to the cryotherapy treatment. Using nitrate oxide to kill the over active skin cells that start making excessive skin. Usually found in areas of friction but they can appear from over stimulation of excessive peeling or regenerative ingredients such as steroid creams.

With over 3000 nerve endings in the feet, applying pressure to specific point helps to rebalance all the body's systems. Ill always say thank you after your visit. I know you know where I am if you need me. Im a stong beliver in that when it comes to my work, as much as very stong lifelong clients have been made, there's always past, current and future clients to greet. They simply find me when they need to. Its a kind of holistic way of business one that cannot be forced and seriously its the best kind of business, brining loyalty and referrals.

Oh no it isnt always sunshine and rainbows over here.
See here the flaws of a batch of label printing when I discovered the design just didn't sit where I needed it to on the bottle. With a minimum of x3 sheets of printing at £8.50, delivery costs & ALOT of time!! This small business thing has many challenges.
Luckily my gal Lou is amazingly helpful and always gles above and beyond to help me. A super speedy fix and postage means these new re formulated cleansing powders can now be sold! Thank you!! 🌈
