Do you the difference between a sprain and a strain? (We just know that something hurts right! 😂)

👉🏼A sprain is when you over stretch a ligament e.g. an ankle.
👉🏼A strain is when you exert pressure and over stretch and possibly tear some fibres of a muscle or tendon.

The tricky part? They can often feel very similar! So don't guess what you might have done, let us assess, diagnose and create a recovery plan to get you back to doing what you love, faster.

✨ Sleep & Relaxation Session – Thursday 23rd April | Letchworth ✨

I’m really looking forward to welcoming you all to this beautiful session 🤍

As we move through menopause, our sleep can become disrupted in ways that feel frustrating and exhausting — and it’s not just about the hormones, it’s about how they impact your nervous system and your ability to truly switch off.

When your body is stuck in that heightened, “always on” state, it struggles to access the deep rest it needs… and over time, that can affect your mood, energy, patience, and overall wellbeing.

This session is your space to reset.

We’ll be gently exploring:
🌙 Why sleep can feel so different during menopause
🌙 What’s happening in your body when you can’t fully relax
🌙 The impact of staying in stress mode for too long
🌙 Simple, powerful tools to activate your calm, relaxed response
🌙 Techniques to help you experience deeper, more restorative sleep

This is about giving your body permission to soften, to slow down, and to feel safe enough to rest again.

I can’t wait to share this with you all ✨
See you in Letchworth on Thursday 23rd April 🤍

Lighter evenings, signs of Spring everywhere - it's enough to get us all out there tackling those gardens! But if we overdo it a bit, lift something too heavy, bend and twist in awkward ways then our backs can soon know about it!!

Achy muscles after physical activity such as gardening are normal but if something feels very painful, restrictive or just doesn't improve after a few days then physio can help.

Get in touch if you're struggling with aches and pains and let us help you get back quicker to doing what you love.
