We still have a couple of spaces left for our Rebound Reformer taster sessions, happening on Saturday, 22nd November, and Sunday, 23rd November (AKA this weekend!)

The sessions are at a 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 £𝟭𝟱 each to celebrate the arrival of our brand-new Reformer machines. We also have a 𝟱-𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝘂𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗯𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 £𝟴𝟬—𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂 £𝟯𝟮.𝟱𝟬 vs pay-as-you-go! Total steal. The only catch is that it needs to be used up by the end of the year (which shouldn't be a problem, as you'll be super excited to book in for your next class!).

This intermediate workout combines the reformer with our mini trampoline for a dynamic, low-impact challenge.

Flow through controlled jumping sequences that strengthen your core, sharpen your balance, and enhance coordination—all while protecting your joints. Build strength and endurance with precision, power, and flow.
