A few pics of my recent coast to coast walk from Robin hoods bay to St Bees, 220 milesof it. Its been a great adventure & blisters, weariness, aching hips, knees etc have all been helped by Arnica. I cannot recommend it highly enough for any sort of endurance activity, muscle fatigue, strains, bumps bruises etc. I had it on me & often took it when I started to flag or my hips started aching with very quick results. Total game changer!

I am in awe of Samuel Hahnemann born 10th April 1755 who founded Homeopathy whose birth we celebrate for homeopathy awareness week.
What I find most incredible aside from his ingenuity is the attention to detail on every possible symptom that he observed after administering a remedy. He catalogued the minutiae with unparalleled precision. No laptop, no google, no phone just parchment & a quill….we have evolved yet the art of prescribing remains the same 😊

Today marks the start of homeopathy awareness week & I want to give a shout out to all the people I’ve treated with homeopathy over the years. Without you my practice wouldn’t exist & I wouldn’t be doing the best job in the world ever! ⭐️

I’m so privileged to be able to enter your worlds & for that I’m hugely grateful. This relationship can extend over a very long time & when someone leaves this world I feel their loss acutely. Such a champion of me & homeopathy & so many lessons learnt from a dear soul on her next journey. Love & gratitude. 💫

Recent prescriptions of Kali Bichromicum for a couple of clients has worked wonders. Sinusitis headaches with ‘snot like glue’ as described by 1 client 😂 I love it when people speak the language of the remedy so perfectly! ❤️

I went to see this a few days ago & was deeply moved by this film. I then started to think about the nettle - urtica urens & its doctrine of signatures & its homeopathic picture. Its made me see this remedy in a whole new light. Not just a remedy for urticaria & allergies but I see a huge tenacity & grief within its picture from watching this film. 7 years to make a dress & in that time the healing journey through family loss & grief. Love shines through for family, the natural world & a simple life which so many people now aspire to.
I’m also struck by the toxicity of our world now & how the nettle is a great herb for detoxing. Maybe now is a time to consider this remedy more fully, but only if the picture fits!🌱

Nux Vomica is probably my most prescribed remedy, excellent liver detox for overindulgence & toxic overload whether drug or alcohol related.
Very useful at this time of year when our livers are being challenged with all the rich food & alcohol.

I noticed my cat getting very restless last night, trying to pass urine frequently in the house & only managing a drop of blood stained urine.
Cantharis dissolved in water & given on a teaspoon, 3 doses succesfully nipped her urine infection in the bud. No further symptoms today 😊 Happy pus!! 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛
