The Tesla Toolbox Dealer Diagnostic is Tesla’s official diagnostic software. By having this tool it will allow us to do the following:

- Provide dealer-level access to Tesla’s vehicle systems
- Cover every Tesla model from 2012 to the newest release
- OEM Approved which means it is compliant with Tesla’s service procedures and warranty requirements
- Calibrate ADAS systems and configure ECUs exactly as Tesla service centres do
- Run advanced diagnostics
- Perform software updates

We’re Hiring – Vehicle Technician (Full Time)

B&K Williams Ltd, a long-established and family-run garage in Caernarfon, is looking for a fully qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3) to join our busy and professional workshop.

What we’re looking for:

NVQ/BTEC or City & Guilds Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Service & Repair (or equivalent).

Previous experience working as a qualified technician.

Strong teamwork skills with a positive, professional attitude.

Willingness to continue learning and attend training as the industry evolves.

Ability to maintain accurate service records and follow workshop procedures.

Full UK driving licence required.

Tesla model 3 - wheel alignment with 4x Michelin tyres specifically for tesla!
Hyundai Kona - Full service, 2x Point S tyres, 1x nankang tyre and a full strip down of the rear brakes to clean and re-grease.

Bmw i3 ELECTRiC!

This bmw came to us on a recovery truck for not going into ready mode.

With correct training and specialist tools we diagnosed the fault and repaired to manufacturer standards.
