Geth will be at the gym this morning in about an hour, and will be there all morning, if you haven’t got a fob and still want to train, please get down there and buy one, they are £5 each. Monthly members only.

Geth will be in the gym from around 7.30 onwards tonight, he will be there for a couple hours, if anyone hasn’t got a fob and needs to buy one ready for tomorrow, they are £5 and he will have them with him, there will be no entry to the gym without them, so please head down 👍🏻

Key fobs are on sale, can any member who doesn’t have a fob, get in touch to pay for one this weekend, from Monday onwards, you won’t be able to get into the gym without one, this is the easiest way for us to keep track on when people are due membership payments, mens monthly is £30 and ladies monthly is £25. If anyone is thinking of becoming a member, please get in touch, we are open 24/7😀

£10 weekly
£3.50 session

After being ordered to close since December we have finally opened our doors again, it’s been a tough ride but we’re back on track now, let’s get that amazing training atmosphere back, see you all soon!!

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🎉 we will finally be reopening on may 3rd!!!🎉🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 following on from the government announcement today, we have been given the go ahead to re open from Monday 3rd may, we can’t wait to welcome you all back and get back to business, all current members drop us a message to discuss memberships, and if anyone would like to join, send us a message and we can arrange that with you and let you know all the details!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Hi everyone, we are hoping to open our doors on Monday 3rd May as long as the government confirms this is in their conference in April 22nd!! Fingers crossed that it gets approved and we can get back to business, it’s been a tough few months, for everyone and we can’t wait to have some positive news and to welcome you all back! We will be taking on new members as well as old, and will put a post up on 22nd April following the announcement to confirm memberships and make sure everyone can get ready for reopening! In the meantime enjoy this weather and have a great weekend!

Still no announcement from the government as to when we will be able to re open, the next review is April 12th is were correct, so fingers crossed for a date then, we appreciate this is a stressful time for everybody, and we hope we can welcome everyone back soon!
