Aromatherapy Massage with Cheymoon O'Reilly We use a bespoke blend of essential oils to suit each treatment and individual needs.

Cheymoon O'Reilly holds the VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Aromatherapy Massage, and is also a member of the Guild of Holistic Therapists (GHT). She holds The Diploma in Pregnancy Massage, and is qualified in Indian Head Massage and Holistic Facials. She uses only the highest grade, quality essential oils from Naturally Thinking. She also uses a selection of high quality carrier oils, chosen specifically to suit the individual’s skin type. Each treatment is personalised to suit the individual’s needs, a suitable and safe blend of oils is chosen after a confidential client consultation. Physiological Benefits Aromatherapy massage can: ■Reduce muscular stiffness and improve joint mobility. ■Enhance lymphatic drainage – this helps to reduce fluid retention and prevent oedema. ■Induce a feeling of deep relaxation in the body. ■Help to restore balance in the body. ■Stimulate the body’s natural immune system. ■Some oils are warming, stimulating and reviving and can optimise healthy circulation. ■Increase the oxygen and nutrient supply to the tissues by increasing the blood circulation. ■Help to increase energy levels as blockages and congestion in the nerves are eased. ■Alleviate tension headaches. Psychological Benefits – Aromatherapy massage can: ■Provide relief from stress, anxiety and nervous tension. ■Promote a general state of well-being. ■Calm and soothe the mind. ■Help to lift the mood and reduce feelings of depression. ■Certain essential oils can have a relaxing/ soothing/ comforting/ uplifting nature. ■Help combat insomnia.

* You will always get the full amount of time that you booked of Massage. You will be given time to ‘come round’ after the massage too as I leave plenty of space between clients for this reason. Unless of course you arrive late.

* The end of the Massage is never abrupt and is gently signalled with koshi chimes and tingshas.

* The Massage room is cozy with a great heated couch, that can be adjusted to your liking.

* After an in depth initial consultation we plan a treatment for your needs and you can express a preference on the pressure you like which will be checked during the massage too.

* We choose a bespoke blend of essential oil for your individual needs.

Here is the new price list for the 2026 new financial year.

However there’s an option to have a monthly Massage self care Membership deal. Clients who book monthly to six weekly regular appointments will stay at this year’s prices. please message me for more info on 07974 235163.

Happy new year to you all. I hope 2026 brings happiness and good health and peace to you all.
Thank-you so much for choosing my Massage treatments as part of your self care routine in 2025, it means a lot to me. I Look forward to seeing you again soon , the diary is filling up quickly for January already.
From mid January I will be changing my working hours to include Thursday evenings instead of Tuesday evenings.
New hours are
Monday 1.30pm until 7.30pm
Tuesday 10am until 2.15pm
Weds 10am until 2.15pm
Thursday 2pm until 7.30pm
Friday 10am until 2.15pm

Thank you so much to all of my lovely clients this year. I hope you all have a nice restorative festive period. I look forward to seeing you all in the New Year. My next available appointment is Thursday 8th January. For those last minute Christmas shoppers you can still contact me tomorrow to order a Voucher and I can email it to you.
