Time to listen to my own words and reclaim my yoga practice! Knowing anxiety hates a moving target, I need to find my way to move daily again. Even if it is a few stretches, even if theyβre in bed! .Sometimes writing or journalling your thought helps build intention π

I was very blessed having this beautiful setting in Scotland for a sunrise stretch, just perfect!
