It has helped me to continue to process my grief. As we approach her 4th anniversary it's wonderful to see total strangers using her name.

Add to this a pandemic accompanied by fear and hysteria along with the enforced isolation from family members and friends. This was what my gentle Siwan was battling with for many months before she just couldn't face it anymore. I'm never angry with Siwan. I alone witnessed her struggling to stay with us as long as she could. She was a brave and selfless person. I miss her so very much. The legacy of Covid is so far reaching. 😇💔❤️‍🩹💜

After witnessing the struggle that my gentle wife Siwan had with depression and anxiety during the horrendous lock downs in 2020 I have come to realise that depression is a broken mind. A mind that has lost the capacity to process positive thoughts. A mind that is constantly bombarded 24/7 by negative thoughts. Eventually even sleep becomes elusive so there is no escape. Then the cruellest part is that their broken mind convinces them that to take their own life is best for everyone. Send love and strength to everyone who is continuing to go through this nightmare. 😇💔❤️‍🩹💜
