Partnership of Care Partnership of Care is a private health care company situated across Caerphilly and surrounding areas We also have a domiciliary service.

Partnership of Care was set up in 2000 by Janine and Scott Darling. We provide support to people with learning disabilities, Autism and challenging behaviours. Our organisation is based in South Wales and has many supported living homes across Caerphilly and surrounding areas. We have grown immensely over the last few years and we have a very good reputation with the local and health authorities.

We have around 24 supported living houses, one residential home, three day service centers, a respite service and a working farm. With this, we employ in excess of around 300 staff members across the service. A key ethos of Partnership of Care is to provide individuals with a personal centered, focused service and to enable quality of life that is enabling, full of opportunities and activities that broaden their horizon and supports people more independent and fulfilled. Our staff will provide support in a positive and upbeat manner and work with them to take any opportunities and make the most of them.

The Regional Manager is responsible for a region of services supporting the Appointed Managers in the effective running of their services and ensuring overall compliance.

As a Day Services Regional Manager, you will:

Oversee the management and delivery of Day Services across multiple locations.
Take responsibility for the management and oversight of a large team who are dedicated to providing the best possible care and support for adults and children with learning disabilities.
Ensure services are person-centred, compliant with regulatory standards, and aligned with best practices.
Lead, inspire, and develop a team of service managers and support staff.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation within our services.
Manage budgets effectively and ensure financial sustainability.
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including local authorities and families.
Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of care and support.

Requirements 📝
- A proven track record in managing services for people with learning disabilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, including CIW requirements.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- A commitment to promoting independence, choice, and inclusion for people with learning disabilities.
- A relevant qualification in Health & Social Care (Level 5 or equivalent).
- Due to the nature of the role, a valid UK driving licence is preferred and willingness to travel across the region.
