today we had a small team covering The Machen Trail Races with It turned out to be a great days running and even the sun came out !! Unfortunately a runner took a tumble but was treated and dispatched off to hospital. We got this note later confirming our suspicions!! A good day.

The start of the Black Beacons Mountain races. We spent a long weekend providing medical cover to and their series of long distance mountain races. These cross the Black Mountains and Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) from north to south. 100 Mile ultra, 50 mile ultra, 50km ‘Ultrabach’ and 21 mile trail.
