Hi everyone 👋
I will be changing the name of the Logo.

I don't want 'walk' in it as I want the group to be a mixture of all things to help with wellbeing
E.g. arts and crafts, reading, tea and coffee morning, short strolls, picnics etc.

I was thinking (women wellbeing warriors) 🤷‍♀️
I'm not creative when it comes to naming things 🙈
So any ideas please comment below or send a private message and then I can do a poll 😊

Hopefully get something running for the new year 🤞

👋👋👋 Hello everyone 👋👋👋
It's been a year already since I was doing the walks 😱 how time flies.

I can say my own mental health took a turn for the worst just over 2months ago. But with support from family and friends I'm starting to feel more myself again.

I mask my feelings so much and smile all the time that after a while it starts becoming the norm but eventually the mask starts to drop and my smile starts to fade 😞

I know there's a lot of women that might feel the same and might not be as lucky as I have been to have that support around.
It's definitely made me want to start the Women Wellbeing Walks Caerphilly again.
I'm hoping if I have enough interest I can put something together by September time 🤞so give a thumbs-up 👍 If you are intrested.

I know that it can be hard meeting new people if you suffer with anxiety. Or difficult to get out the door with depression.
But this page is for you amazing women to know your doing a great job. 💕
Even if you can't make the walks, use this page to chat to one another and share happy quotes of inspiration ☺️

Life can be tuff and we face many challenges, some more than other. But as women let's stand united and support one another 💪 ❤️

There will be no walk or catch up tomorrow.
I have decided to take a break for my own mental health. I'm taking way to much on lately 😔
If anyone would like to run the Women Wellbeing Walks Caerphilly while I have a break away then please message me.
If not I'll have to propose until further notice. I do apologise.

***IMPORTANT***

Morning everyone. What a miserable Monday 🌧

After some feedback, I have been told that Sundays at 10am may be a little early for people to attend the wellbeing group.
As I have a young family of my own I can not do it at a much later time as I want to spend the day with them.
I am happy to do a tea and coffee wellbeing group in the Caerphilly Miners Centre for the Community at 7pm either a Monday or Tuesday or stay with the sunday but push it an hour later to 11am start instead. But if this still causes issues with people to attend, then I will have to make the decision to close down the Women Wellbeing Walks Caerphilly page permanently.

Over the past few months I have tried my very best to get people involved and motivated with the walks, keeping them short and sweet and have now changed to cake and tea for catch ups for individuals who can not attend the walks.

As you can imagine it is a little disappointing for myself when I have done walks solo and am trying my very best to please everyone to help get the group to thrive 😞

I would love it to continue but with the limited response the last couple of weeks I'm afraid it will have to come to an end at some point, if no one can make them.

So if you are interested in joining. Please can you message below what you would prefer a Monday or Tuesday at 7pm or Sunday at 11am? So i can change one last time and hope for some improvement.

As the walks are getting quiter every week I have decided to do a coffee morning every Sunday at 10 am in the Caerphilly Miners Centre for the Community ☕️🍰

I hope this will cater for everyone's needs as some struggle to walk and it will be a safe place to socialising with one another, expecially on those rainy days 🌧

An idea box will be made so everyone can contribute making it a team effort 💪

Walks will carry on at some point but for now I want to concentrate on the Women who have been in contact but can not make the walks as of personal or physical reasons 💕

Dont forget ladies this weeks womens well being walk .....meeting at the old caerphilly miners leaving at 10am be lovely to see old and new faces remember these walks are also dog friendly so if youd like to bring one along please feel free to do so .
