It is with much sadness that we have taken the decision to close our Ystrad Mynach practice after 48 years. This is due to multiple reasons and despite concerted effort unfortunately today is the last day of trading.

I and my colleagues have enjoyed serving the community of Ystrad Mynach very much indeed and would like to invite you to continue your care with us at our Caerphilly practice. All patient records of Ystrad Mynach patients will be transferred to Caerphilly.

We would like to apologise for not informing our patients sooner but we wanted to ensure we tried every available option to continue business safely, however, our options have been exhausted and this difficult decision has been reached.
