Happiness is...seeing each and every member that has the courage to walk into one of my Slimming World groups and trusts me with their dream, go on to achieve great success!

This Community Impact Award feels amazing to acheive, as it means my groups are improving the health and happiness of the Caerphilly community and will continue to do so.

Thank you to all my members who believe in me and have faith in me to walk alongside them, not only to change lives for the better but sometimes to save them too🙏

‘People ask me if I’ve used weight loss drugs or had surgery. I’m proud to say I did it with Slimming World’ 💖.

Make some noise for Claire! She lost a jaw-dropping 18st 7.5lbs (117.7kg) and is our Woman of the Year 2025 👑🌟!

At her heaviest, Claire felt at rock bottom. Her weight affected every part of her life, and though she longed to start a family she couldn’t conceive 💔. Hoping to lose enough weight to have IVF, Claire joined Slimming World – and just nine months later, she’d lost 8st 7.5lbs (54.2kg)… and conceived naturally!

Fast forward to now, and Claire has two gorgeous children and a healthy and happy future with them ahead 🤗.

A fabulous morning spent supporting, inspiring and celebrating many achievements with the Super Saturdays today!

Huge congratulations to Kathryn Fisher for achieving her Dream TARGET weight of 8 stones off!

I'm enormously proud of Kath making THIS TIME, THE TIME. She's gone from having to take the lift to get up a flight of stairs, to enjoying running 3 days a week to keep active! This is life changing for Kath, mentally and physically.

We are ALL so sooooo thrilled for you Kath ❤️

I genuinely couldn't have been more proud of the gorgeous Heather-May Coles-Zerk this morning. Achieving her dream weight and living her best life, being the best and healthiest role model for her young family!
