Range of motion is so important to us, it can be easily lost with lack of exercise and stretching. During this lockdown it has been difficult for so many to find the motivation to continue to exercise whether that is in the house or outdoors. I can start the process of with massage to reduce stress, and to reduce tightness and increase range of motion. I will be able to get you back to where you were before the lockdown restricted us.
