We are busy delivering 3 day First Aid ⛑️ at work this week! Here our students are writing the theory assessment which is followed by the practical assessment on our Level 3 FAA Award in First Aid at Work. Our next session is starting on the 6th of February.

⛑️Today we’re delivering Day 1 of our 3-day training.
In this session, we’re watching a real-life story showing how diabetes can impact someone’s life and how to support a person experiencing diabetic shock.
Over the next two days, we’ll move into practical sessions, creating live scenarios for our students to build confidence and skills.

Today we’re delivering the final certificates and Christmas cards to our clients for 2025🎄
We were delighted to see the sign at KPMF’s entrance stating that their premises are equipped with an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Having a defibrillator available in an emergency can increase survival chances by up to 70%.
Well done to the KPMF Health and Safety team for prioritising lifesaving equipment and sharing it with their neighbours!

❤️This week, Four Minutes successfully installed a Mediana Automated External Defibrillator (AED) along with a wall-mounted cabinet at one of our North Cardiff primary schools, further strengthening emergency preparedness within the local community.
The AED and cabinet were generously donated by Navarino through their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme. Navarino’s commitment to supporting lifesaving initiatives reflects their dedication to safeguarding the future of our children and enhancing community access to vital emergency equipment.
This installation represents an important step in ensuring that staff, pupils, and visitors have rapid access to lifesaving defibrillation in the event of a cardiac emergency. Early access to an AED can significantly improve survival outcomes, making this contribution both meaningful and potentially life-saving.
