Four Minutes Ltd We provide a full range of certified first aid and safety courses, including First Aid at Work (EFAW Four Minutes focuses on training the inexperienced rescuer.

Our approach to training is to build confident first aiders, increasing their willingness to respond when faced with a medical emergency by teaching them the skills they need in a non-stressful learning environment. Participants are also given as plenty of practice time to master and retain skills including CPR and AED with the latest hi-tech training equipment. We also supply first aid products.
