Wednesday afternoon we had a cooking demo with Lisa B, where we made our popular gado gado salad and also cooked a Greek buckwheat recipe. In this interactive class, guests can ask questions about the recipes, food we serve or the approach to nutrition. We also get to taste the dishes made.
Our aim is to demonstrate how making plant-based dishes can be simple, quick and create a tasty nutritious dish for you to enjoy when you get home.
