I set a few intentions for myself this year, one of them being to step outside my comfort zone and try things I wouldn’t normally do. So last week, I went to a Cacao ceremony on my own.

It was really beautiful, and facilitated really well, everyone there seemed really supportive. Yet, halfway through, I found myself wanting to run....

Things started to really surface inside me that I just didn't want to share, I knew that if I spoke, the tears would not stop.

I’m still processing what came up, but the thing that's stayed with me is :

I too need people to hold me...
Even though I meditate daily, and I work with my shadow self. Its reminded me that sometimes, no matter how much we practice, we always need others to hold space for us.

So ask yourself do you have someone you trust to sit with you in your healing, or to simply listen? I believe this is so vital. Many of us have been taught to bury our emotions, but when we allow them to surface, to be seen and loved, it gives us a chance to truly acknowledge our inner shadows...

Just in time to craft your perfect Halloween broom. These classes are so much fun. All you have to do is get in touch with me to book your space.

Lavenders a bit of a YES or NO for people don't you think ?
For me it's a massive YES, I love it.

This year was the first time growing it in my new house and I'm definitely going to grow even more next year.

I love using them as part of my cleansing wands.

I truly can't express how grateful I am when I receive beautiful heartfelt words from the people I work with.
It's an absolute honour to sit in sacred space and help guide you.

We really are living through a new era, it's a time to RE- remember who we really are, to accept our own power, to learn to work and live with it, to feel worthy and love ourselves unconditionally.

This I know is a journey, but when we take these brave steps towards it, shifts start to happen and new paths open up.

My heart is full, I love you all

For me I've had a real couple of months of thinking - feeling - shedding & realgining.

What a night we had at last night’s sister circle.
We kicked things off chatting about the current cosmic energies, Leo season and the building of the Lion’s Gate portal. We connected to our heart energy, and delved into some deep reflection, and how we step more fully into our own truths

But these circles are about more than just learning.
They’re about being real.
Sharing what’s going on in our lives. The joys, the struggles, and everything in between.

How has your summer been so far?

We now arrive at the beginning of harvest season, in the Wheel of the Year. Lughnasadh invites us to honour the abundance of nature herself, everything is in bloom...

It's a great time to also look inwards and reflect on those seeds of intentions that you planted in spring,
how have they grown ?
Allow yourself to celebrate, to feel joy happiness, and gratitude for your inner growth

And if something still feels unfinished or uncertain, now's the time to make adjustments, and align yourself with a new path, a new approach.

This season tyes beautifully in with the lions gate portal, so I truly hope this season brings you clarity, and a heart full of joy and love.
