I don't know if you saw my stories yesterday but it was an emotional day.
I'm aware this last week my posts have all been about Daisy, but I can't explain how much I love her.🌼🥰

So this is a wee story about energy, So, long story short, our vet did X-rays and other tests, which all came back that her cruciate ligament had completely gone and the thick ligaments hip to knee had also snapped. And yesterday the surgeon ran the same tests and was bemused to find the X-rays looked "DIFFERENT"... the two big ligaments were perfectly intact.🤔🧐

So this is where it gets juicy..., I started doing healing on Daisy and my guides straight away said "the big ligaments are fine, trust" - they showed me a healing technique I was to do on her 3 times a Day, ( like psychic surgery), - I stuck to it, and then we got this miracle news yesterday.

Some may not believe it but those who work with energy know this is possible and I'm so grateful, to my spirit team.

Yesterday I started to feel anxiety rise a little as I was thinking about Daisy’s op, next week. So I decided to make the whole day about comfort.

So I began with a batch of rolls. (I’m starting to think I’ve developed a wee bread-making obsession, because now I'm on to rolls) 😂.
And while they baked, I sat with my coffee, candles and insence on, and carried on with some of my writing.

After a slow brunch, I had fun in my own kitchen making some potions of my own, face and body balms, face oils, and some lip balms. And a new recipe perfume roller, that smells amazing.

Then me and Daisy went into the cabin for an hour to really check in with myself, with a cacao and a deep meditation.

I don't know about you but when I feel this way, I always come back to comfort first, but then I also make time to sit with the emotions moving inside me.

Comfort and giving time to our emotions belong together.
I'd love to know what you do to soothe yourself when anxiety begins to creep in?

How has your day been?

I’ve had a really lovely, balanced day. This morning I worked with a beautiful client from England, which was our first session together. We tapped into, breathwork - meditation, and some reprogramming work, which turned out to have such a powerful, shift for her.

And this afternoon I had a cosy session in the cabin, guiding a client through quantum regression, exploring the realms of the subconscious, (which always blows my mind 🤯).
Today was the kind of day that reminds me how much I love what I do ❣️🙏❣️

So the days seem to be moving so quickly, don't you think?
And we're fast approaching the big "C" word 😂

I still have a few sessions available if you’d like to book in before 🎄🎅 — online or in person. And there’s also one more Sister Circle left this year on Sunday 14th December.

Wee Daisy is having a metal plate put in her knee, and she has extensive ligament damage running from her hip to knee. - so other work to be done there as well.

I can quite honestly say I'm pretty anxious about it all, to say the least. - I've loved all my dogs, but miss Daisy is absolutely part of me, and I can't stand the thought of her being in pain. But she's been receiving lots of healing sessions (free of charge I may add 😂). And I've been pulling on my own tools to keep me regulated.

But anyway I will keep you all posted next week. I hope you all have a wonderful day.

THOUGHTS OF THE DAY ☀️

I had such a lovely drive to work this morning, the mist was rolling over the fields and the sun was perfectly shining through, casting such beautiful rays of colour and atmosphere, it just felt so magical.

Present moments like this reminds me of how finely balanced our universe really is. The sun's powerful energy that carries joy, happiness, hope, purification, it lifts our energy. And the moon offers something different, Its light encourages reflection, release, and a softer way of seeing within ourselves.

It's little moments like this, that remind us to allow, and use both these powerful energies to guide us in life. ☀️❤️🌕.

The moon rises tonight, supposedly 14% larger and 30% brighter, ✨🌕✨ I do love these big super moons don't you ?
These big moons tend to draw up even more emotions, the ones we have bubbling quietly underneath for us to look at.

So you may notice old wounds stirring, even some ancestral threads ready to unravel...., think of this moon as a doorway, an opportunity to step through to a new phase in life, so take a breath and just sit with it, let what comes up, come.
No force, just gently contemplation...

That's what I love about the moon, every month she gives us space to just be she holds space for us, to sit with our own thoughts and emotions. She gently reminds us that we're always in a cycle of shedding and growth, just as nature does, we are no different as we are all part of the same cycle

We all had a great time last night at our November sister circle - the theme was honouring our ancestors. It was wet and cold last night, but we were all cosy in the cabin, blankets and twinkling lights.

We also welcomed three sisters online, which was a bit different, hosting online and in person, but it all flowed well.

Everyone arrived with a personal item linked to someone they wished to honour. And we all enjoyed listening and sharing stories of these people from our past.

We also opened up and widened our view of lineage, as we often just think of blood relatives, yet our roots stretch further. We spoke about:

• Ancestors of the land
• Adoptive family
• Chosen soul family
• The animals who we loved
• Past life threads
• Historical figures we feel guided by
• Star and soul lineages

These topics lead to a great deep conversation. And it also opened us to the fact that ancestry can live in many places and meet us in many forms, knowing that each one can hold its own wisdom, and guidance for our path in this life.

Our final circle of the year will be on Sunday 14 December. If you feel called to join us, please give me a wee message we're a friendly bunch of people that are open and supportive.

Such a fantastic evening, co-hosting with my friend from a ceremony, delving into the witch wound.

I love this subject so much as its helped me heal and understand myself to a much deeper level, there are so many layers to this topic from,
🧙‍♀️- the impact of hundreds of years of percecution & how that has had an effect on generations of people

🧙‍♀️- how this wound can still impact us today

🧙‍♀️- the total suppression of the femanine

🧙‍♀️- and how the church/ Christianity had such an over powering rein over this suppression.

So just from this little list you can see they are powerful subjects, and when we start talking and discussing them, there are so many ahh ha moments.

🖤 Tomorrow I'm holding my monthly Sister circle "honouring our Ancestors" in caldercruix, there's still a few spaces if you'd like to come along.

As the wheel of the year turns, and the season changes I dug the last of this years potatoes from the soil in my garden, and I felt an instant connection to my ancestors of old, as they would have done the same, gathering their final harvest.

Our ancestors understood the simple rhythm of nature, life revolved around the changing seasons, the sun and moon.

And when the dark season came Families gathered close, telling stories around the fire, remembering their lineage, and offering thanks for the guidance and protection of those who walked before them.

Samhain, is a season (not just a day), it invites us all into that same stillness, and we are asked to listen & honour.

Reflection of the day

So recently, I made a beautiful witches broom for a couple of friends to hang in their salon window, and not long after, someone refused to step inside, saying the broom was a sign of the devil and evil. 👿

Now, each to their own path and beliefs, But it did make me giggle a bit tbh.

So I pose this question to you, the reader,
"Why are so many people still conditioned to see witchcraft as something dark or dangerous?
How did a tradition born from, many of our lineages, an Earth based practice, women using herbs, honouring the cycles, by living in rhythm with nature — become twisted into something to be feared"?

I obviously have my own in depth thoughts on this, which I’ll share soon, but I’d love to hear yours.
