Had appointments booked this morning for 2 people 1 existing 1 new one 10am rang at 10.15am they said on their way be 5 mins waited to 11.55am no show 2 more calls no answer txt no response to say I'm annoyed is mild when I have people on a waiting list to get appointments do me a favour go elsewhere in future I'm not putting myself out for people who waste my time so please take note 24 hours notice as clearly stated on the website or your name will be struck off

If you don't intend turning up for a booked appointment please have the courtesy to give 24 hours notice all clients who miss appointments with no notice will be required to pay in full for future appointments upon booking, I'm running a business and it's not fair to genuine clients who are having to wait 6 weeks to come in I bend over backwards to get clients in asap at what makes it worse is when you get the excuse oh sorry I forgot and it's a double appointment

With snow and ice forecast if you have an appointment booked and it's looking unlikely it's safe to drive i would prefer you cancel than take unnecessary risks just try to let me know the day before your appointment. We don't usually get much here but i understand a lot travel from far and wide. Stay safe everyone and happy new year
