If you don't intend turning up for a booked appointment please have the courtesy to give 24 hours notice all clients who miss appointments with no notice will be required to pay in full for future appointments upon booking, I'm running a business and it's not fair to genuine clients who are having to wait 6 weeks to come in I bend over backwards to get clients in asap at what makes it worse is when you get the excuse oh sorry I forgot and it's a double appointment

With snow and ice forecast if you have an appointment booked and it's looking unlikely it's safe to drive i would prefer you cancel than take unnecessary risks just try to let me know the day before your appointment. We don't usually get much here but i understand a lot travel from far and wide. Stay safe everyone and happy new year

Well that's almost a wrap for this year 1 more day to go, I want to thank you all for your business this year I've met some lovely people along the way and for all your 5 star reviews on google, we will resume business January, so I want to wish you all a merry Christmas and a happy healthy 2025.

Please note to book appointments please ring 07855 320723 if your on tablets and are likely to run out please order ASAP don't leave it to the last minute as we are only 3 weeks from Christmas, if you txt me please put your name in full on the txt otherwise I won't have any idea who you are, if your ordering tablets by txt I need your full name and full address including postcode

You can't please everyone all of the time, had messaged off potential client I asked her to call as she sounded desperate to book in but because I didn't answer all her questions which I would of done on the phone she said no thanks, well that's fine it's my day off to spend time with my family Sunday of all days, some clients would have me working 7 days a week
