To all our wonderful team-
In recognition of World Mental Health Day, we’ve put together a “Moment for You” bag for each of you. It’s a small reminder that even when you’re caring for others, you deserve care too.

You can drop by the office from today to collect yours. Inside you’ll find a few thoughtful bits and pieces to help you relax, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Just as much as you care for others, you matter. The office is always a safe space — whether you need support, a listening ear, or simply a cuppa and a chat, we’re here.

🌟 We’ve made it to the finals! 🌟

We’re bursting with pride at Lougher Home Care—our incredible team has reached the regional finals of The Great British Care Awards in not one, but TWO categories! 🎉

🏆 Home Care Team Award – recognising the hard work, compassion, and teamwork of our carers.
🏆 Frontline Leaders Award – celebrating our very own superstar, Samantha Priest.

This recognition is a huge endorsement of the quality, person-centred care our team delivers every single day across South Monmouthshire. Our carers are all local people with strong community ties, going above and beyond to make a difference in people’s lives. 💙

The finals take place on 5th November at a gala event in Cardiff, and we couldn’t be prouder to be representing our community there.

Thank you to everyone who supports us—you’re a part of this too!
