These are the Trossachs Swimmers, and they completely took over the jetty, turning it into their very own catwalk. 📸

Feeling refreshed and revitalised after their dip, they absolutely stole the show 💁‍♀️

They come to Venachar Lochside every week for a swim and, looking at this, it is easy to see why they love it! 😁

We get all sorts of wonderful people here at Venachar Lochside!

Andy McSauna is on a mission to try every sauna in Scotland! We were lucky enough to meet him on his adventure out to Venachar Lochside!

He loved us 😊 It felt so good to get positive feedback from someone who has literally named himself after his love of saunas 😆

He was lovely and made a great impression on all the staff.

The Trossachs Swimmers are a group of amazing men and women who swim in the freezing loch multiple times a week!

These swimmers have visited our sauna more than pretty much anyone, so we wanted to say thank you!

We invited them to lunch after their sauna and took a wee vlog of their day, so you can see what the locals of Callander get up to in their free time! 🩵

May is the best time of the year to go for a VL sauna, and here is why:

1. The weather is lovely, but the water is still really high! You can dip in and out easily while the sun is out!

2. The loch is still cold 😆 So you still get that revitalising dip/swim, making the sauna feel great!

3. We’re not in our busiest season yet, so you can have a lot more choice when booking a time slot ☺️

Meet The Trossachs Swimmers! A group of local health and wellness enthusiasts who meet multiple times per week to take on our local Scottish lochs.

These women and men are absolutely amazing!

This group of Trossachs swimmers meet twice a week here at Loch Venachar and swim in the freezing water for up to 30 minutes, then use their sauna memberships to warm up afterwards.

They visited us last week and we created a wee vlog together! We swam, got a good heat, then enjoyed a big lunch.

Has anyone here tried the Sweet potato fondant we serve for lunch? 🙋‍♀️

It is one of our vegetarian options we serve Thursday to Sunday and is a favourite for our chef’s!

Here is Nick prepping it before service on the really sunny day last week.
