💚DONATE💚 This September I’m taking on the Northumberland Coast Mighty Hike to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

It’s a big challenge (26 miles!) but it’s for a cause that means a lot - helping make sure no one has to face cancer alone. If you’re able to donate or share the page, I’d be incredibly grateful. Every little really does help 💚

Valentine’s Day can be about many kinds of love… including the one we often forget - the love and kindness we give ourselves 💕

This year, my regular class will have a little Valentine twist. Expect a flow focused on self-compassion, slowing down, and moving in ways that feel genuinely good in your body.

No pressure. No expectations. Just space to breathe, stretch, rest and maybe leave feeling a little softer towards yourself.

This class is open to absolutely everyone; whether you love Valentine’s Day, ignore it completely, or just fancy an excuse for a cosy yoga session.

Come solo, bring a friend, bring your tired shoulders, your busy mind or your need for a reset… all welcome here.
