It's not always easy to be strong and positive, and we all have our down days, but they key is to keep them to minimum and focus on being our best in every situation. Businesses are standstill and unsure when the majority can get moving again but we will come out stronger and better.

These are what I call my essentials. Aloe Vera Gelly for all those burns, scratches and stings etc, Moisturiser just so rich and the Aloe Lotion I use on those dry areas like legs and feet after bathing. The Aloe Lips I probably have several hanging about and used all the time. Handbags, coat pocket when out and about, bedside, car pocket. Wouldn't be without it and unlike some well known the tube is full.
