Hey lovely yogis 💛

I just wanted to let you know that I’ll be heading to Australia for a little while — my daughter’s had an accident and needs some support, so I’m going to be with her.

That means all yoga classes are on pause until further notice. I’m so sorry for the sudden change and really appreciate your understanding.

Thanks for all the love and support — I’ll keep you posted when I’m back. 🙏💕

🧘‍♀️ This class is suitable for all, if you are tempted please come along
🧘‍♀️ no need for fancy clothing just wear something comfortable.
🤗classes are £8 per session or 4 for £28
🙏🏻 I offer a supportive yoga space where you can practice to your own ability. With gentle guidance there is a place for everyone to find what feeds them in their practice
🧘‍♀️ yoga can support us in life as we move -flow -breath and connect offering an opportunity for self discovery.

Gentle reminder there are no yoga classes next week. I will be back in full teaching flow on 24th June and Weds 25th in my home studio. Please book online to attend the Wednesday classes as places are limited. I will then be teaching throughout the summer, please see this page for updates.
