“Hello, I’m Esta!

I am a registered dietitian (Registered dietitians are the only regulated, qualified health professionals that assess and treat diet and nutrition problems). I am also a Pilates instructor, teaching locally both in-person and online.

I am really excited to be part of The Thrive Event! On the day, I will be offering a short talk providing insight on basic nutrition, why nutrition it’s so important and things that I find helpful to ensure I have a balanced diet. But above all else, maintaining a good relationship with food!

I will also be offering to the VIP ticket holders free access to a sample of an online nutritional guide.

Further more, I will also have a stand where I’ll can’t wait to talk all things nutrition and Pilates!

I have some big dreams for the future.. but above all else, I want my legacy to be able to help as many people as possible to make positive, meaningful and long lasting changes which will impact their ability to have a better quality of life”.
