🌹Looking forward to offering my Evening Soundbath & Meditation on:

Thursday 27th June
7pm ~ 9pm (arrive 6.45pm to settle as no late entry)
£20 includes refreshments

🌹Starting with a guided meditation first to settle into the beautiful sacred space. Then a gentle blend of Tuning Forks, Gongs and Crystal Bowls softly played, Singing Bowls and Tubular Chimes with percussion and voice bringing deep Meditation and Relaxation. After the last drop of Sound becomes deep silence and peace, you are gently called back into the room and to rest and reintegrate, becoming grounded with refreshments before journeying Home.

🌹When I play my Sound Family of Instruments I flow with what I'm guided at the time. Less is more on many occasions and the healing is felt within the silence of the Still Point of Sound. The sonic droplets gently bathe mind, body, spirit and Soul allowing deep rest to be felt on many levels.

🌹Bring mat, blanket, pillow, water or whatever else to me comfortable. Places are limited so please book early. 💙🙏💙

🌹This fantastic conscious healing festival is a 3 day wild camping event set on the outskirts of Boscastle in North Cornwall. It's a truly magical costal location steeped in the Celtic history and folklore of this outstanding area of natural beauty.

🌹Tales of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table can be discovered at the legendary castle of Tintagel; visit the Mermaids' altar at Bossiney; Boscastle's Witchcraft Museum, the enchanted St Nectan's Glen waterfall and the grave of the 'Fighting Fairy Woman of Bodmin Town', Joan Wytte, at Minster Church are all a stones throw from this stunning location.

🌹This is a conscious festival that is a healing and nurturing experience involving workshops, ceremonies, healers, practitioners, musicians and a multitude of qualified and licensed therapists.

🌹ALL workshops, talks, music and dance will be included in the admission price. Healing and 1-2-1's will be charged for individually by the practitioner.

🌹We encourage strong connections to the land and to one another. Through this, and through experiencing the therapies, practices and workshops on offer you will discover a deeper connection with yourself.

🌹This is a space to be authentic and receive healing and enlightenment in a safe environment. This festival will not have a licensed bar as we encourage people to connect deeply to themselves without intoxicants. This way the healing team are able to hold a safe space for you to release that which is being brought to the surface at this time. However this is also a place to enjoy singing, dancing and conscious musicians in the beautiful wild Cornish landscape. And of course, a beautiful camp fire each evening.

💜Spent the last couple of days clearing, cleansing and tidying our conservatory for a new fresh look. My body knows its had a clearing out workout, however feeling very accomplished.

💜It is a cosy room with far reaching views over Bodmin Moor, heated by a log burner. Watch out for some offerings of a Circle Gathering of Soundbathing and Meditation which will take place in this cosy sacred space as it is warm and snuggly for the Winter and easier to heat.

💜First one will be Friday 10th November 10.30am ~ 1pm. £20. Includes refreshments, snacks and bowl of yummy soup. Held at Polhilsa House Retreat & Sanctuary near Callington in Cornwall.

🌹I am so excited and thrilled to be sharing this wonderful offering with you. 💜🌹💜 it feels so special.

🌹There is nothing more precious than family and I am SO proud to announce that my darling daughter Dani and I will be running a beautiful Wellness Retreat together in November and in 2024 we will have a programme of more retreats on offer.

🌹The aptly named "Rainbow Dove Wellness Retreat" was birthed from a conversation that Dani and I had about how so many people give ones ALL to their work without much thanks from their employers and co workers whilst trying to juggle family life, housework, childcare plus whatever else. Then with downtime and leisure time being virtually non existent many people ending up with burn out, adrenal fatigue, stress related illness etc. It is no wonder....people go 'pop'.

🌹These feelings of burn out also come with life in general at times. Feelings of being on a 'treadmill or groundhog day' where everything is the same and no let up.

🌹Both Dani and I work and have worked in the public sector. Dani still is in teaching as an assistant principal of a 2000 pupil Academy in London and a mum to 18 month old twinnies, and I was in Nursing for 12 years before I did go pop with a burn out. Hence finding another way for myself and healing from ME.

🌹The idea of our Rainbow Dove Retreat is that people come to our Polhilsa House Retreat in Cornwall, a 1890 country house with far reaching views over Bodmin Moor with its beautiful mature garden with places to sit and listen to nature plus the comforts of a Home from Home.

🌹Our guests that retreat with us will be nourished and nurtured, valued, cared for and invited to press 'pause'. Maybe for the first time in a long time our guests feel like 'they matter' and they really do.

🌹All the food is homemade with guests requirements in mind. The idea of our retreat is to give people a few ideas and mini tool kit to take home with them so the feeling can last longer than the 2 days and 2 nights they are with us, holding onto the feeling of freedom for the time they are with us and taking new steps of purpose when they go home.

🌹For 2 nights and 2 days our guests can just BE; be themselves totally. We do recommend a digital detox so that they can really be in the moment with us, with turning off phones and devices, especially in the daytime. We have beautiful, well thought out morning, afternoon and evening programme and free time can be taken too. Everything is at a gentle pace, all in organic flow.
