💜 Kirsty is an Intuitive Sound and Energy Healing Practitioner based in Launceston, Cornwall. She is known for creating safe, transformative spaces that combine therapeutic depth with spiritual wisdom. Her work is guided by a deep passion for sound as medicine and a devotion to helping others reconnect with their sovereign heart.
💛 Her healing path began in 2002 with Reiki, sparking a lifelong journey of personal transformation and spiritual exploration. Since then, she has undertaken a range of professional training across therapeutic, cognitive, esoteric and sound practices; refining her learning, growth, and wisdom through lived experience. Together, these threads have built a well-rounded foundation that informs her service today. Her approach is distinguished by clarity, compassion, and a grounded presence that supports people to feel safe, seen, and empowered in their healing process.
💜 From 2004, Kirsty served nearly 14 years in HM Prison Service, working in both disciplined and therapeutic roles, each requiring a high level of duty of care. She has facilitated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT) offending behaviour programmes and gained experience in supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours. She has also facilitated groups within the flagship therapeutic establishment of HM Prison Service. These experiences honed her skills in resilience, communication, and facilitation. Qualities which underpin her healing practice and her passion for supporting frontline and duty-of-care professionals. Her time in service also deepened her belief that healing and transformation are possible even in the most challenging of environments.
💛 In 2018, she trained with the British Academy of Sound Therapy, qualifying with distinction in 2020, and went on to establish The Resonant Phoenix Sound Therapy, in Buckinghamshire. During this time, she volunteered with an independent cancer charity where she played a key role in coordinating the implementation of equine therapy within the centre’s programme; and provided direct sound therapy sessions for the centre for a number of years. This highlighted both her collaborative approach and her commitment to bringing innovative, supportive therapies to those in need. It was here she witnessed firsthand the profound gentleness and power of sound to bring comfort, release, and a renewed sense of hope.
💜 Her training expanded in 2023 with Debbi Walker of Suara Sound Academy, where she immersed herself in the sacred and therapeutic application of tuning forks. She is qualified in the Tuning Fork Practitioner Course and the Singing Bowls, Sound Bath and Percussion Sound Therapy Course. Her studies also include training with the Advanced Tuning Fork Practitioner level and the Animal Healing with Tuning Forks module.
👑 Her initiation into the forks was life-changing. Kirsty manifested her move to Cornwall to follow her dharma and deepen her path in sacred sound. The connection she had with the forks in 2023 marked her homecoming; a clear alignment with her soul’s calling to share sound as a bridge between healing and remembrance.
💛 Kirsty is a qualified hypnotherapist, and draws on three years of counselling training. She engaged with seven years of personal therapeutic process, equipping her with strong skills in self-awareness, reflective practice, and client support. Her background bridges therapeutic, cognitive, and spiritual approaches, allowing her to meet clients with both professional rigour and intuitive sensitivity.
💜 In March 2025, Kirsty rebranded her healing practice as Sovereign Heart Sound Healing, reflecting the sovereignty, clarity, and compassion at the core of her path. Through this practice, she offers: Tuning Fork Therapy (in-person and distant) for people and animals. One-to-One and Group Sound Healing. Group Sound Baths. Intuitive Spiritual Counselling
💛 Kirsty’s sessions are known for being gentle yet powerful. With a natural ability to balance structure with intuition, she creates an environment where release, balance, and reconnection to the authentic self can naturally unfold. Her professional wisdom, combined with compassion and insight, ensures that each client is met with respect, safety, and the opportunity for lasting transformation. At the heart of her service is her passion for sound as sacred medicine, and her commitment to walking beside others as they remember their wholeness and come home to themselves.
