It’s time to say a good bye to Nurture You Grow Baby. Almost exactly 4 years to the day I started my baby massage journey it’s time to let it go.

It’s has been an amazing 4 years. When my Mum died last year my business was booming which was so good. But like everything when life through a things at us we change and adapt……so it’s time for a new direction.

Thank you to every Mum and Baby that has walked through the sorts of my halls and my home. You have all taught me something and I hope I made your experience of going to a baby class a good one.

As my first case study group go on there journey of starting school in September (I can’t believe it) I am on a journey with being a TikTok creator as well as my beautiful beauty business which is thriving.

Thank you for the memories and the friendships, I will hold those always dear.

New Term in Calne starting on April 22nd for 4 weeks.

I am changing it up a little. Keeping my hand in whilst being at home as we have a heavy summer term coming up.

It’s time to put myself first.

What does this mean for Nurture You Grow Baby?
It simply means that I am pausing classes for a while.

I am continuing with any current bookings, which at the moment is the only class in Calne starting next week.

I am still going to offer 1-2-1 Baby Massage in tour or my home, pregnancy massage the same.

I have suffered some great losses in the last year, and I have tried hard to keep going, but my social media is suffering and my classes just aren’t what I would love them to be.

So I am going to take a break. I have no idea for how long, I just know I want to refill my cup; and fully love all that I do again.

Grief is a hard one to navigate, my children are struggling; and so am I. So by scaling down I can focus on them and me and my dad who has dementia.

I am so grateful to so many of you and your babies that have brought so much to my life.

Yesterday my baby, my first born turned 18!
I don’t know how I managed it but I got him to adult hood. There have been many dark days but many days I have cried in assembly because my heart was so full.

Keep going on the dark days because the assembly days make it all worth while.

For now I am questioning how can I have an 18 year old.

Nurture You Grow Baby is run by Sally, mum of three, who offers Baby Massage and Baby Yoga classes in Calne and Melksham.

Sally is also a qualified Beauty Therapist, with over 14 years experience, and offers a variety of beauty treatments, including special pregnancy massage.
