Join us for a truly special weekend retreat with the incredible , founded by Sanjeev Bhanot.⁠
With over 30 years of experience teaching around the world, Sanjeev blends yoga, therapy, psychology, coaching, and neuroscience into a deeply transformative practice.⁠

Saturday 2nd – Sunday 3rd August⁠
Come for one day or join us for the full weekend — everyone is welcome, including members and non-members.⁠

This immersive experience is designed to leave you feeling grounded, inspired, and more connected to your practice, whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out.⁠

What’s included in the day:⁠

8am arrival, welcome back, introduction to new guests, and morning yoga⁠

Tea, coffee and fruit break (provided)⁠

Interactive session and Q&A with Sanjeev⁠

Lunch break (please bring a vegetarian dish to share) and time to enjoy the swimming pond, sauna and jacuzzi⁠

3pm gong bath with Tony⁠

4pm closing session, reflection and farewells⁠

The retreat will be held at the beautiful Hilmarton Manor (not the studio), where you’ll have space to roam the grounds, relax in the walled garden, read, or unwind in nature.⁠

Aerial Yoga with Mimi ⁠

Aerial Yoga combines traditional yoga postures and philosophies with elements of aerial movement. Using soft silk hammocks suspended from the ceiling, you’ll be supported as you explore familiar shapes in new ways — allowing gravity to deepen stretches, release tension, and create space in the body without compression.⁠

It’s a playful, deeply calming practice that supports the nervous system and helps build strength, flexibility, and trust in your body.⁠

Whether you’re completely new or looking to explore your practice from a new perspective, this is a class not to be missed.⁠

Please note: max weight per hammock is 120kg.⁠

A playful, fiery and deeply nourishing practice inspired by the four elements – earth, water, fire and air – and the spiral patterns found in nature. ⁠
Each week, you’ll journey around the mat through fluid, creative movement that invites both freedom and focus.⁠

Mandala shapes reflect the chaos, complexity and beauty of life – and this class holds space for all of it. We begin and end with grounding yin shapes, with time in between to move, explore and reconnect with yourself – body, breath and spirit.⁠

Thanks for Joining Us!

Huge thanks to Sanjeev Bhanot for guiding us through such a unique Antastha Yoga experience. Practicing blindfolded really changed the way we connected with movement and breath, and it was great to explore this deeper side of yoga together.
