Our Nature Trail is open from 10am - 4pm every day and costs just £5 per child.

As well as taking part in our bird-themed quizzes and activities, you are welcome to stay and play in our park and feed the resident pigmy goats too. We recommend that you wear your wellies for our 1km trail.

Drinks and snacks are available to purchase.

Please note that the campsite shop shuts at 2pm on a Sunday, so if you arrive after this time, please come to the health club.

Our children’s swimming lessons run on Saturday mornings during term time. Please note that they are for members only.

Beginners are welcome (age 4+) and group sizes are small - up to 6 children per lesson. Termly courses are payable in advance at a cost of £9 per lesson.

Please email your child’s age and swimming experience to info@blacklandhealthclub.co.uk so our instructor can recommend a suitable class.

We’re absolutely delighted to announce our Annual Member of the Year 2025, which goes to a truly honourable man — hats off to you, David McKinlay.

You have absolutely smashed it, and this accolade is thoroughly deserved. In such a short space of time, David has transformed himself, consistently showing up to the club even on days when he’s not feeling it — a true testament to his willpower and character.
