Stefi Yoga 4 Every Body Stefania Wigelsworth Dip Hyp (MHS) , RYS 200 yoga teacher In the last couple of decades Yoga has helped me greatly in keeping my mind calm and my body strong.

I felt it was time for me to take it farther and be able to share and help other people to achieve the same benefits. This is why after many years of practicing yoga I have recently gained my Yoga Teaching certification. Most people think of Yoga as a series of positions, or asanas, very hard to achieve unless you are very flexible. Well, you’d be happy to know, this is not quite correct. Firstly

there are other aspect of yoga that are as important as the the movement: breathing, mind and body connection, relaxation, are all essential part of the practice. More importantly, Yoga is a great inclusive practice which anyone at any age and any ability or flexibility can enjoy and benefit from. My aim is to make Yoga accessible to every one and to every body. I like a slow mindful paced Yoga, with attention to the function more than the form to obtain the most beneficial results. This will help the body to be balanced and stronger. I welcome the use of props and modifications to help and make poses accessible and safely achievable to all. My Yoga classes are a safe space for all, in a friendly and relaxed environment where each of us can be themself and achieve their best, to stay healthy and fit both mentally and physically. Main characteristic are slow movements paired with mindful breathing, inspired by Subtle Yoga. I have trained in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, Yoga Nidra and Trauma Informed Yoga. I have an interest in Ghosh and YinYoga , Viniyoga and Subtle Yoga. If you would like to know more or give Yoga a in touch! Sat Nam.

Do you want to work on your hand stand? Or you are just looking to strengthen arms, shoulder and core? With the help of the wall you can do both. Measure the length of your legs to position your hands aways for the wall. Place both feet on the wall. Press the feet firmly into the wall, stay strong in the arms and the core. Gaze towards the wall. Feet should be in line with the hips. Higher is okay initially if needed but not below the hips.
