We’ve had some INCREDIBLE weight losses in group this week and a lot of what has been shared has been about planning. Recognising times that could catch you out and preparing in advance to make sure you aren’t steered into old habits.

I took this on board and prepared an oat and chia seed pudding to take with me to work this morning 😍 absolutely delicious and super filling too! That’s the beauty of being part of a group - picking up hints and tips along the way to create healthier habits that are sustainable long term.

I’ve been desperate to get into this box since I first saw consultants popping out of it 🤣 they all looked so good and I thought that’s a bit of me!

So I was delighted when I attended Access All Areas with my buddies this weekend and there she was just waiting for me to get inside…however…I’m no influencer and once you’re in there you can’t hear a bloody thing 🤣 so I fear my outtakes may be better than my pop out but I’ll leave that for you to decide! Best to watch with the sound on 🤣🙈

Something I hear from members in group is that they like that I’m real and I’m honest and that’s a badge I wear with pride! I’m not perfect and I’m not asking you to be I’m just asking for your commitment to giving yourself a chance because I know without doubt you give everyone else in your life one! Who cares if you make a mistake? Pick yourself up dust yourself off (get back in the box and pop out again 🤣) and go again!

10 awards handed out yesterday with 3 members hitting their target awards and 2 members securing their first half stone award one snapping it up in her first week 💪🏻

I love to celebrate and share the success of my members seeing how excited they are as they hit their next milestone! Hearing what they can do now that they couldn’t previously and seeing their confidence shine is honestly a privilege and an honour.
