BSL Education Welcome to our alternative provision in Calne, Wiltshire! We offer a unique and individualized approach to education for children aged 4-13 years.

We provide a supportive and nurturing environment where they can thrive and reach their full potential. Blue Sky Learning was founded as an alternative educational pathway for students who find mainstream education challenging due to their social, emotional and mental health needs. We believe in giving our students a bespoke, kinaesthetic approach to enable them to access learning at their own pace and achieve success.

๐Ÿ’ป ๐‡๐š๐ง๐๐ฌ-๐จ๐ง ๐‹๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ข๐ง ๐€๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง!

Our pupils had a fantastic time reassembling a PC they carefully took apart last week to clean and check. They showed great recall, remembering where each component belonged, and worked brilliantly to problem-solve.

They successfully upgraded the machine with a faster hard drive and additional memory, then powered it up to check everything was working โ€” no error beeps, just success!

A brilliant example of practical learning, teamwork and building real-world skills. Well done!

BSL Education is thrilled to announce that we are running half-term workshops to support busy families.

We understand that balancing work commitments during school holidays can be challenging, which is why we are offering engaging and supportive workshops for young people this half-term.

Our sessions provide a safe, structured environment where students can take part in meaningful activities, build confidence, and stay connected to learning.

Good morning,

Weโ€™d like to share some recent feedback from pupils who have moved on from our provision.

Our main goal is always to support young people in successfully transitioning back into mainstream school or another suitable educational setting.

Itโ€™s incredibly rewarding to see them progress and continue their journey with confidence.

We are always grateful to hear from parents and carers, and itโ€™s especially encouraging to receive positive feedback about how well the children are doing after leaving us.

These outcomes reflect the care, consistency and support provided by our team every day.

Weโ€™ve explored local woodland paths, walked towards the lake, and taken in the beautiful surroundings.
Along the way, there have been plenty of exciting discoveriesโ€”from spotting insects and animal tracks to observing wildlife in nearby fields ๐Ÿ‘

Moments like watching lambs in the fields, listening to birds, and exploring natural spaces help build curiosity, confidence, and a real connection with the environment.

A brilliant start to the termโ€”well done to everyone involved!
