My next Compassionate Mindful Resilience (CMR) course starts on Wednesday 26th November from 18.30-20.30 via Zoom and runs for 4 weeks. 💪Resilience: Do you cope well and maintain a healthy balance of work and rest in this frantic world, or do you feel overwhelmed and stressed, habitually turning away from the chaos and trying to block out the pain with unhealthy cravings?
