Wrapped up my final appointment with this lovely client before she welcomes her little one 🤍

From sports massage pre-pregnancy to prenatal support, we’ve worked through tension, posture shifts, and growing-bump discomfort. K-taping has been incredible for reducing lower-back pain, improving posture, and giving abdominal support and the lifting the bump.
