Want my advice? Listen to your body!

Many people come to me when they are in chronic pain that has developed in intensity over time, and they simply cannot live with it anymore.

It is much easier, for me and for you, to treat these niggles when they first become apparent.

Listen to your body, take the rest day, book the massage and drink your water!
