The scales don’t tell the whole story, photos do.

I might look happy in the first photo (January 2023), but truthfully I wasn’t. I didn’t like myself, I wasn’t confident, and I wasn’t comfortable in my own skin.

Fast forward to now… I love how I look, but more importantly I’m the happiest, healthiest, and mentally strongest I’ve ever been.

Results don’t happen overnight. This has been a 3-year journey, not a quick fix. And yes, the work continues.

A reminder that real change takes time, balance, and consistency. It won’t always be perfect or linear (because life is for living), but sustainability is the goal.

Hello February ✨

February, the month I slowly come out of hibernation.

We’ve got 28 days to make memories and smash goals.

What are you most looking forward to this month? For me, I’ve got a few social things on the calendar (including seeing my long-distance bestie 🫶), but mostly I’ll be focusing on my nutrition and training, especially running. It’s been feeling hard lately, but I’m committed to pushing through and building again.

Okay Team, we have reached the end of January, we have completed the first month of 2026.

How has this last month been for you? Have you achieved what you hoped?

For me it's been a success, I've loved being back in a routine, I've ticked every box, everyday, and I feel like I've acomplished what I set out to do and I'm looking forward to carrying this mindset throuh into February.

Do you have any goals in mind for February?

Let me know what you are hoping to achieve this month ⬇⬇

It's the last Monday of the month, lets make it happen, shock everyone with what you can do.

Okay team has anyone else been suffering with the January Blues the last couple of weeks? I certainly have, I just can’t shake off the tiredness and grumpiness.

What are the January Blues I hear some of you ask? Well as January is the month of cold weather, dark mornings and no festivities to look forward to, January Blues tend to manifest itself as feelings of low mood, lack of motivation, tiredness and low energy.

The other thing to consider with the January Blues is SAD (seasonal deficit disorder). SAD can occur with the reduced level of sunlight during the winter months. The decrease in sunlight can disrupt your body's internal clock and lead to feelings of low mood, due to a drop in Serotonin levels.

A few tips on how to treat January blues?
1. Keep active
2. Get outside
3. Keep warm
4. Eat healthily
5. See the light
6. Take up a new hobby
7. See your friends and family
8. Talk it through
9. Take a Vitamin D supplement

Do what makes you happy this month, if that’s possible, and if you need a chat, know that my inbox is always open. And remember we’re now over half way through the month, with only 9 more days of January to get through.

Currently in my No Bu****it Era!

So excuse me if I become protective of myself, time, energy and call it as I see it.

I'm strengthening the independence, and working on myself.

Today was my 10k race day and honestly… it was bloody horrendous.
The terrain was not the one, I fell over 2.5k in, but I finished.

Sore, jarred, and proud of myself.

A reminder that not everything goes to plan, even with practice, but if you keep pushing, you still win 🏁

Who’s managed to smash the first week of January? 🙋‍♀️ I’ve absolutely loved getting myself back into a routine with my nutrition and training!

Do you need help with setting yourself some goals? Well why not give these simple ones a try…

🍓NUTRITION🍝

Focus on your nutrition, and how you're fuelling your body.

A few ideas on how you can do this are:

Use Sunday’s as your meal prep day. Plan out your meals for the week, even the nights you’re eating out, get the food shopping in and prep any food for the meals you can. Whether that be making whole meals ahead of time to heat up or chopping up veggies, and measuring out ingredients to make life easier when it comes to cooking later on in the week. Do whatever works best for you, but set yourself up for success!

Aim for 25-30g of protein in your breakfast! A lot of people fail to hit their daily protein (me included), and that often starts with their breakfast! So why not add some scrambled eggs or bacon to your toast or even a scope of protein powder into your yoghurt? Protein keeps you fuller for longer and helps to build lean muscle mass!

🏋️‍♀️FITNESS🧘‍♀️

If focusing on our nutrition then we can throw a little fitness in as well.

Plan out your workouts! At the beginning of each week, choose what day you will get your exercise in and plan out what your workout will look like. Of course, writing everything down and getting organised takes more time to start with, but it will feel good to start a workout and not have to think about it!

Now grab your phone or a pen and paper and get planning!

If you need any help then drop me a message and lets see how I can help you.
