I offer deep tissue massage for both sports and everyday injuries, treatments to help prevent injuries occurring and improve performance. I have a treatment room at TT Fitness Hub in Redman Road, Calne, Wiltshire. I specialise in personal training and advice on nutrition for Weight Management and physical performance to help you reach your ultimate goal.

Not one part of me wanted to go for that post-work run… but the box needed ticking ✔️

Got changed, got out the door, got absolutely soaked 🌧️ spotted countless squirrels and even a deer who couldn’t care less about me 🦌

But most importantly… I got it done and it felt GOOD 🙌

Now I hurt everywhere and I’m exhausted 😅 but there’s pizza, wine and a movie waiting 🍕🍷🎬 the perfect way to start the weekend

Hello May ✨

The month we celebrate my birthday 🥂 and really start to enjoy those warmer days. 31 fresh days to make memories.

This month’s looking a little quieter for me, time to focus, chase some goals, and take on some of the longest runs I’ve ever done. And of course, celebrate my birthday with some of my favourite people 🤍

Okay team, we’ve reached the end of April, what a month it’s been!!

How has this last month been for you?
Did you achieve what you set out to do, or did life throw a few curveballs your way?

For me, it’s been a mix of switching off and staying on track. I had a holiday right in the middle of it, which was great, but I’ve still tried to keep some consistency while enjoying life along the way. That balance is what it’s all about.

Okay team, who else gets points where there to do list is so long you don’t know if you’re coming or going?

Well here’s a few tips to help you stay on track while you’re getting those items ticked off your list.

☑️ Keep your fridge stocked
Always make sure you have healthy food available so if needed you can grab something quick or make a meal when needed. Doing a weekly shop on a certain day of the week helps, stock up for the week ahead and you’ll be set.

☑️ Don’t use eating out as an excuse

If you need to have a take away, then that’s okay, but there are so many healthier choices than a Dominos, don’t get me wrong I love a good pizza here and there, but if you’re trying to make healthier decisions then try something like a Chicken Kebab with lots of salad and minimal sauce – always by go to!

☑️ Snacks on the go

If you are out for more than a few hours at a time, then bringing a snack or two with you to help tide you over until you get home. A few options are fruit, , rice cakes and peanut butter, or a protein bar.

☑️ Quick, intense workouts

Shorten your workouts! Add in supersets and shorter rest times. You don’t need to be in the gym for an hour and a half to see those results.

Try adding a couple of these points in this week, and over time these small changes can and will make a BIG difference.
