Yesterday, today, tomorrow & always we remember those who sacrificed so we could live in freedom. This Memorial Day, we're thankful for those who gave their lives while serving & we're thinking of those who have lost someone they love. Thank you for your sacrifice.

Here are some of our residents enjoying an exercise class with Jane from Love to Move at the British gymnastics foundation. As you can see, she brings lots of smiles and laughter to our residents!

Some of our residents braved the chill today to help Colin (our Gardener) plant some Daffodils 🌼 & are so glad they did - as the sun shone down on us! It was a glorious day 🌞 We can’t wait to see them blooming in early spring 🤩🌼

Here are some of our residents enjoying some painting on plates. Painting can focus the mind on a single task – the smell of paint, feel of brush on paper & contrasting colours helps a person to be engaged in the moment. 😊 🎨
