121 Counselling I am a qualified counsellor who has worked with a local Mental Health Service Provider & in the care sector for some years.

Also at a local College as counsellor & Tutor. I am a Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. At times in our lives we can need someone to talk to , someone to listen to us. I can provide this in a non judgemental, confidential and safe environment. I work in an integrative way, working with individuals who may be experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety, st

ress, or just the difficulties of every day life & relationships. Working together in proactive way to empower the individual to look at ways of moving on and addressing these issues. Sometimes we need some support and encouragement to enable us to look at our options. Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling & Diploma in CBT.
