🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Join Calne Running Club's Sofa to 5K course - sign-ups now open!

It's ideal for complete beginners and those returning back to running after injury. The course is fun and engaging, and will culminate in a celebration parkrun (with bespoke medal!) in June.

Costing £30 for the 8 weeks of coaching, you'll be put through your paces by UK Athletics-qualified coaches Denise and Simon Nott.

Starting on Thursday 23 April, we'll meet and train at Beversbrook Sports Centre from 7pm to 8pm. You'll be supported by our friendly group of Calne Running Club members, and after the course, have the opportunity to become a member for a discounted cost.

We hope you'll join us - we'd love to see you there!
