The Haven Calstock

The Haven Calstock Relaxing and restorative aromatherapy treatments set in a beautiful, tranquil location within the Tamar Valley.

I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, and a registered, insured practitioner with over 15 years experience. I have ITEC diplomas in Anatomy, Physiology and Swedish Massage and Hot Stone Therapy. I am also qualified in Pregnancy Massage, Indian Head Massage, Baby Massage and Thermal Auricular Therapy. I have a degree in Human Biology and have always been interested in healthy living and a balanced lifestyle. I am a trained teacher and have worked with schools to introduce a programme of peer massage for use in the classroom. The Haven Calstock is open:
Mondays 1pm – 5 pm
Tuesdays 11-5pm
Wednesdays 11am – 5pm
Thursday 11am – 8pm
Friday 11-1pm
