The Haven Calstock Relaxing and restorative aromatherapy treatments set in a beautiful, tranquil location within the Tamar Valley.

I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, and a registered, insured practitioner with over 15 years experience. I have ITEC diplomas in Anatomy, Physiology and Swedish Massage and Hot Stone Therapy. I am also qualified in Pregnancy Massage, Indian Head Massage, Baby Massage and Thermal Auricular Therapy. I have a degree in Human Biology and have always been interested in healthy livi

ng and a balanced lifestyle. I am a trained teacher and have worked with schools to introduce a programme of peer massage for use in the classroom. The Haven Calstock is open:
Mondays 1pm – 5 pm
Tuesdays 11-5pm
Wednesdays 11am – 5pm
Thursday 11am – 8pm
Friday 11-1pm

March Treatment of the Month- Luxury Rose Facial. Sink into luxurious rose aromas for a 30 minute session of pampering and relaxation. £35 when booked this month.Would make a wonderful gift, or it may be time to treat yourself to some deep moisturising, now that winter is behind us.

Includes a light, balancing skin cleanse using Lebanese rose water prepared from fresh rose petals.

Then application of wild rose beauty balm, which contains rosehip oil, one of the richest sources of antioxidant vitamin C. It is extremely beneficial to the skin, helping reduce wrinkle formation and keep skin looking and feeling healthy. To help open the pores and to aid absorption, a warm muslin cloth will be applied.

A facial massage follows, assisting blood flow and lymph drainage, which are essential for supple, radiant skin.

The luxurious treatment is completed with a refreshing frankincense tone to refresh the skin.
