Journaling for Winter Wellbeing
A Day Retreat for Women Living with
and Beyond Cancer
Maker Heights at Lit Sauna and Space
Friday, 18th October, 9.30 am-2.30 pm
£50 per person, max of 10 participants.
• Morning workshop time with Lily guiding you to make some beautiful
pages, which you can then use to make your own unique journal.
• In the afternoon journaling workshop with Lara, your handcrafted journal
will be used to to explore and reflect upon your personal experiences.
• Light refreshments are included in the price. Delicious lunch is close at
hand at The Canteen, or bring your own picnic.
• At the end of the day, there is the opportunity to book sauna and massage
time.
• Lara and Lily will be drawing on their own, lived experience of cancer, and
look forward to holding space for others on their own journey.
