It's been a while, I've had some healing of my own to do and life got pretty busy for a while.

I want to apologise for the lack of posts while I took a little break but also share the exciting news that I am offering Reiki sessions again and I'm really looking forward to that.

If you would like to book in or have any questions, please drop me a message, there is a little information below.

I offer mobile sessions in your own home in the Nottinghamshire area so that you can continue to relax after I leave.

I will also be offering sessions out in nature and if this is something you're interested in, please do ask for more details.

~ Outdoor Reiki sessions ~

Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of sharing Reiki in the great outdoors. It was a good trial to see how this can be done in such a natural place, swapping out my massage table for a hammock.

I'm hoping to seek out some more locations like this to enable me to deliver in this way more often.

Be grateful

Being able to recognise and feel gratitude even when the balance seems to be swaying in the wrong direction can help to lift any heaviness.

We all take things for granted but when we sit back and truly look at those things we realise our lives would be completely different without them.

Take some time to think about what you take for granted and show it some full appreciation!
