Got a couple of 2 hours full body sessions booked in for this week. I truly love doing these treatments (I love all my work but these are extra special). What's not to love about a really slow, gentle full body massage with hot stones, heated eye mask, aromatherapy oil, natural facial lift, Indian head movement finished off with a reflexology session on the feet. 2 hours of time out for the client and I chill out doing it too. Bargain at £80.

Signing off on a very busy but extremely enjoyable short week (my hands certainly need a rest 🙂). Keep your energies high, smile wide and heart full of appreciation & gratitude. We are all lighthouses for each other.

Heard a lovely phrase today in a chat about staying positive and looking out for each other.

In this Wavy World let's all try to be lighthouses for each other.

Love that ... If anybody needs a lighthouse at any time I'm here for you. I don't have the answers but I have ears that listen and arms that can hug.
