✨ We often get asked: “What’s the best period product for exercising?”
The truth? There’s no single right answer — it all comes down to your body, flow, and comfort. 💪🏽
Here are some top tips to help you choose:
🏊 Menstrual Cup or Disc
A great option for all types of exercise (yes, even swimming!). Some people prefer a firmer cup when doing movements that engage the pelvic floor a lot — like squats or weightlifting.
🩲 Period Underwear
Perfect if you don’t like internal protection. Look for no-VPL styles (like WUKA Stretch) that work under leggings. If your workout has you upside down (hello, yoga inversions 👋), choose pairs with protection that reaches the waistband for extra peace of mind.
🌿 Cloth Pads (CSP)
If you love cloth pads, make sure you’re wearing snug-fitting underwear. Pads with a cloth or fleece back tend to stay put better during movement. You may also want to choose a slightly heavier pad for more secure coverage.
